Gareth and his colleague were friendly and very helpful on the day, came in and set up/took down the inflatable softplay and games with no fuss. The kids loved the big soft play and games! Ken was an absolute super star. Very friendly & prompt response to messages. He was in and set up ahead of schedule and rang me to let me know as I wasn't at the hall. The kids loved the bouncy pirate ship & didi cars. Same great service on collection, what a lovely family. I would highly recommend!
